Click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Captain Carbon email.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction guarantee or your money back. If you’re not satisfied with your Captain Carbon purchase for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.  To initiate a refund, please contact us here and submit a request with “Refund Request” as the subject. Once your purchase has been returned, a credit will be issued. 

Where can I find more information on an item?

For each product description, we describe the item, highlight its special features, show its availability, and offer shipping details. In addition, we often try to suggest similar items you might like. Will sold-out items be restocked?

While we don’t have specific details on whether an item will be restocked, we recommend checking back periodically, as we post back in stock items most Mondays.

I placed items in my cart, but when I went to check out, they were all gone! How could this happen?

Placing an item in your cart will not reserve the item. The product is not committed to you until you complete the checkout process and receive an order number on the confirmation page. An item can also sell out while you are attempting to finalize your order due to high demand. Please note that if there is ever a problem processing your order, you will be notified immediately.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email from you?

If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail within six hours of placing an order, your email provider may be blocking our attempts to communicate with you or you may have entered your email address incorrectly when setting up your account. If you believe our communication may have been blocked, please check your junk mail folder and/or turn off your spam filter to allow email from captaincarbonofficial.com, then contact us here to request a new order confirmation be sent to you.
